What is my customer number?

Customer number is also sometimes referred to as your "member number". It is provided on your Membership Card you received when your initial policy was issued. It is also the first 4-6 numbers of your insurance policy. The customer number contains numbers only. For example, policy #123456-1 would have a customer number of 123456 - no dashes, no extra numbers. If you are not sure what your Customer Number is, call AAFMAA's Policy Services Department at 1-800-336-4538, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30 pm, ET.
